decarli is an ambitious restaurant created by Jana and Paul DeCarli, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to food, wine, and a genuinely great dining experience.

Paul, a longtime Oregonian and a graduate of Western Culinary Institute, developed his craft in many of Portland’s top kitchens, including Paragon, Fratelli, Saucebox, and Tuscany Grill, where he served as Executive Chef.

Jana, an Oregon native and University of Oregon graduate, built her service standards in San Francisco at 42 Degrees and in Portland at Bluehour—bringing a calm, polished style to every table.

decarli is committed to showcasing Oregon’s seasonal bounty. Paul’s cooking draws on his Swiss/Italian-American roots to create food that feels both sophisticated and rustic, designed to pair beautifully with the restaurant’s wine list.

The new Beaverton dining room keeps the focus where it belongs: on the plate and in the glass. Located on Hall Boulevard, just minutes from the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts, the space is warm, welcoming, and designed for an easy night out—whether you’re meeting friends at the bar, enjoying dinner before a show, or settling in for a full evening.
